The final privacy policy must be reviewed and published before public launch. This page describes the implementation, not a legal commitment.
Information used by the platform
Accounts use Google authentication. Parents provide limited student learning information. Assigned teachers and authorized administrators can access information needed to deliver tutoring. Private verification documents are restricted to the teacher and administrators.
Payments and meetings
Stripe processes checkout. Google Workspace creates private calendar events with Google Meet links. Session notes and bookings are stored in Firebase.
